JOB SUMMARY : To be involve with audits, invoices and budget preparations and managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. The incumbent is also responsible for the day-to-day management of the financial transactions and procedures. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. To ensure all general ledger journals are authorized, timely generated and all necessary adjustments and reversals are timely affected. 2. To ensure all supporting documents for general journals are properly filed and secure. 3. To ensure all miscellaneous invoices are prepared and sent to sundry debtors monthly. 4. Maintain a list of miscellaneous invoices to ensure timely payment and ensure such list is updated. 5. To liaise with debtors on outstanding payment and render solution on settlements. 6. To ensure all miscellaneous invoices and supporting documents for billing are properly filed and secure. 7. To ensure all bank journals are effected promptly when daily bank statements are received. 8. To ensure all receipts i.e. cash, credit cards and cheques, are reflected promptly in the daily banking reports and bank-in slips as and when these are received. 9. To ensure all credit cards remittance are banked into respective banks promptly and liaise with respective personnel of credit card issuer on issue of dispute, non-remittances and all necessary bank journals to the remittances and discount charges are entered promptly. 10. To ensure all bank accounts are reconciled monthly. 11. To update and prepare a stock listing periodically for stock-taking purposes. 12. To coordinate all necessary procedures on month end closing with relevant departments. 13. To ensure monthly management reports are forwarded to respective shareholders.
