1)Local Treasury\xc2\xb7 Local Bank Negara reporting (Qtr & monthly)\xc2\xb7 Prepare Jabatan Perangkaan report\xc2\xb7 Weekly FPX & Cashpro payment (cannot be process by SAP )\xc2\xb7 ODW submission for weekly payment processed\xc2\xb7 Prepare bank LC forms & submit LC to bank . Handle all LC related matters from point of Treasury with bank .\xc2\xb7 Customer BG application submission with bank.\xc2\xb7 Monthly bank statements2)Local PTP\xc2\xb7 Accounting Operation invoices processing and scanning (Rental, Electricity , Monthly tax, etc) . Including excel working monitring\xc2\xb7 Infosys contact for local PTP\xc2\xb7 Sectors contact for local PTP assisting include BRAM approval ( Maybank cards)\xc2\xb7 Ensure important payments been processed monthly on time (income tax payment, TM, TNB, HRDF, IHB, Philips share ,etc)\xc2\xb7 Prepare VA number for all tax related payments: WHT payment , Monthly tax, etc3)Others\xc2\xb7 Assist in Audit , Tax, banking forms\xc2\xb7 Arrange sign from signatories - locally & outside Malaysia (courier to SG )\xc2\xb7 Prepare WHT file first stage workings 2 times in a month ( before and after closing) .\xc2\xb7 Prepare PO requests for Accounting Operation time to time when needed (Audit, tax, etc)\xc2\xb7 LC submission details for monthly cashflow workings\xc2\xb7 Coordinate physical cheque collections with hospital for HS department & prepare bank in slip\xc2\xb7 BG quarter report and request details from bank (BOA & Maybank)\xc2\xb7 Amex Maybankard statement for PH sectors\xc2\xb7 Legal letters received _scan for Wenrong\xc2\xb7 Other bank related letters (Office boy replacement, credit facility,etc)\xc2\xb7 CP58_ yearly Malaysia requirement\xc2\xb7 Request to change PO ownership from Susan to Amutha\xc2\xb7 Audit confirmation balance from customer/vendor\xc2\xb7 Arrange cheque collection from BOA and inform right staff that cheque ready for collection.\xc2\xb7 Meetings ,emails\xc2\xb7 Other ad hoc projects & assignment time to time\xc2\xb7 E-invoicing
