Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to prepare the Group Consolidation account to compound information from all the respective accountant. \xe2\x80\xa2 For compliance and analytical reporting, the timely and accurate preparation and completion of management accounts, group consolidation, statutory financial statements, and various management reports for internal and external purposes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the consolidation software implementation by ensuring the necessary tasks, including User Acceptance Test (UAT) is completed in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to oversee the group and entity external audits annually. Liaise with external auditors on impairment assessment, review of accounting treatment and internal controls until completion of the audit. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to review financial reports of investee entities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to prepare of group and entity-level budgets and forecasts with variance analysis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaising with internal and external parties i.e. company secretary, treasurer, and regulatory authorities and ensuring compliance with all matters relating to regulatory requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Continuous improvement initiatives for accounting procedures and operational matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake various ad-hoc assignments, analysis reporting and liaise with internal and external parties on financial queries. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor Degree in accounting and finance and/or a member of a recognized professional body such as MICPA, ACCA. \xe2\x80\xa2 With knowledge of accounting standards and group consolidation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Audit experience us a definite advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical, good data presentation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Energetic, meticulous, result-oriented, fast learner and with hand-on working experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/Power Point is an added advantage.
