Job Description

1. According to the company's Financial Regulations, Finanial Accounting, accounting processing work, audit and reasonable preparation of vouchers, to ensure the correctness of each transaction, reasonable cost payment, scientific account processing.
2. Financial cost control accounting, unit project distribution settlement and Audit, including all kinds of current accounts check, liquidation processing, to ensure that the accounts match
3. Provide Finance Report & necessary financial analysis on time and ensure these reports are reliable and accurate.
4. Assisting warehouse when only necessary. Able to do irregular monthly & annual inventory inspections
5. Assist department supervisor to carry out internal inspection, supervision and audit, provide correct & effective data, put forward suggestions,l conduct analysis, report to superior timely & reflect the financial dynamics and conditions.
6. Counting inventory of warehouse goods, irregularly check statistics of goods in direct stores, whether the account is consistent with the actual.
7. Assist in Financial operations of Retail Shop .
8. Handle other tasks temporarily assigned by Finance Manager or the Management.

Job Requirement
1. Required spoken and written language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese.
2. Candidate must possess at least LCCI / ACCA / Degree in Accounting / Finance or its relevant.
3. Freshgraduated are welcome to apply.
4. 1year of working experience in the related field is preferable / added advantage.
5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-driven and possess strong work ethics.
Familiar in using Autocount Accounting will be an added advantage. MS Excel (intermediate level and above).
