About Us

Nohad Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing sublimation apparel manufacturer with operations in Malaysia and Indonesia. As we expand, strong financial management is key to sustaining growth. We are looking for a Finance Executive to support the company in budgeting, compliance, and financial planning.

This role goes beyond accounting entries -- you will act as a strategic partner to top management, ensuring the company's financial health is well managed.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Support budgeting and forecasting for production, marketing, HR, and factory operations. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, SST, Zakat). Manage and monitor cash flow, funding, and banking facilities (loans, LC, import/export). Conduct financial analysis: cost structures, profitability, sales vs production, KPIs. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Develop and improve financial policies, SOPs, and internal controls. Provide insights and reports to support CEO, COO & CMO in decision-making.

Requirements

Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent professional qualification. 4-5 years of experience in finance/accounting (manufacturing background is an advantage). Strong knowledge of MPERS/GAAP/MFRS and financial compliance. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and cash flow management. Proficient in AutoCount Accounting System & MS Excel. Good leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
