FINANCE EXECUTIVE

(Based in HQ Setia Alam, Shah Alam, Selangor)

Job Summary:

Responsible for the day-to-day financial/accounting transactions of the company

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for checking and posting invoices, Debit Notes and Credit Notes to system;
• To prepare customers\' Statement of Accounts;
• To be responsible in reviewing Account Receivable aging to ensure compliance to company policies and procedures;
• To maintain proper record and filling of customers account receivable files, invoices, Debit Notes, Credit Notes and other documents as per statutory requirements and easy retrievable;
• To be responsible for Credit Control of credit terms;
• To be responsible to liaise with customers on collection and updating customers payment status;
• To be responsible for monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and any other irregularities;
• To be responsible in month-end closing;
• To audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting;
• To update and maintain all incoming payments with proper filling and records;
• Any other task as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Diploma/LCCI/Professional Certificate in Accounting
• At least 1 - 4 years accounting experience in related field
• Knowledge of full set accounts
• Able to handle different accounting transactions (AP, AR, billing, checking & posting invoices, CN, DN, etc, month end closing, P&L Analysis, etc)
• Must be proficient in Mandarin (written & verbal)
• Good attitude and honest and firm accounting knowledge,
• Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision and good interpersonal skills
• Individual contributor role, reporting to Finance Manager/Supervisor
• 5 day-work week

Salary RM3,500 - RM5,000, to commensurate with experience.
