Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
2. Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
3. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities and manage cash flow.
4. Support audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
5. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
6. Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper approval processes.
7. Collaborate with internal & external departments to manage financial procedures and controls.
8. Assist in day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks.
9. Handle data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
10. Prepare invoices, payments, and basic financial reports
11. Perform other clerical duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum STPM/Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Admin, or related field]
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
2. Basic knowledge of accounting principles
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
