Job Description

ourteam is seeking a Finance Executive for a fast-paced digital commerce company. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will manage accounts receivable and payable, assist in financial reporting, and maintain accurate records to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (AR):

Issue invoices and official receipts to customers in a timely and accurate manner.

Accounts Payable (AP):

Capture supplier invoices into accounting software. Prepare and execute online payments (excluding payroll, which is handled by the Finance Manager)*.

Banking & Reconciliation:

Perform weekly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between system records and bank statements.

Financial Reporting & Updates:

Update Customer and Vendor Aging Reports every Monday for review by the Finance Manager. Post Journal Vouchers at month-end to maintain up-to-date financial records.

Ad-hoc Duties:

Support other finance-related or administrative tasks as required by the Finance Manager from time to time.

Who You Are

Diploma/Degree in

Accounting, Finance, or a related field

. 1-3 years of working experience in

finance, accounting, or bookkeeping

roles. Familiarity with

Xero

or other accounting software is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
