We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Finance Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, monitoring budgets, and supporting overall financial operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting entries (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation) Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments/collections Ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks when required
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, MYOB, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Good communication and analytical skills
Added Advantages:
Knowledge of SST and taxation Experience in audit or corporate finance Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary Range:
RM2500 - RM3800Start Date:
