Job Description

The

Finance Executive

at

Cameron Bharat Plantation Sdn Bhd

is responsible for supporting the finance team in managing the company's financial activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the organization's financial health. This role is suited for a detail-oriented finance professional with a strong foundation in accounting and the ability to manage financial processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities



Financial Reporting



Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders. Assist in financial data analysis and provide variance explanations.

Budgeting & Forecasting



Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts. Support budget tracking and analysis, identifying variances and trends.

Accounting Operations



Handle daily accounting tasks including general ledger entries, invoicing, AP/AR, and payroll support. Support monthly and year-end closing activities. Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and procedures.

Taxation & Compliance



Assist with tax computations and ensure timely submission of statutory filings (e.g., SST, income tax, withholding tax). Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors or consultants when necessary.

Cash Flow & Treasury Support



Monitor day-to-day cash balances and prepare cash flow updates. Support banking transactions and reconciliations.

Internal Controls



Follow internal control procedures and assist in improving process efficiency. Help identify risks or control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (e.g., pursuing or partial ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is an advantage. 2-4 years of working experience in accounting or finance. Strong understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent). Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
