You will assist in daily financial tasks such as bookkeeping, payment processing, reporting, and supporting management in financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including supplier and customer reconciliation.
Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Prepare supporting documents for audit and taxation purposes.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Communicate with suppliers, customers, and banks on finance-related matters.
Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SQL, Xero, or similar).
Good attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
