Handle the full set of account including Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial report preparation, including month-end closing, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
Maintain cash book records, perform bank reconciliations, and manage the fixed assets register, among other related duties.
Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary, banker and government authorities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
Ensure the financial, costing, accounting or taxation affairs are conducted in accordance with the company policies, procedures and related statutory requirements.
To prepare weekly cash flow and supervising cash flow management to ensure sufficient fund for operation at all times
Record purchase and expense invoices in the system and ensure proper filing.
Manage vendor reconciliation and queries from internal and external parties
Ensuring all property, plant and equipment are tagged and updated in the system/fixed asset register
Ensuring the monthly depreciation has been captured for each asset
To ensure proper maintenance of record and documentation filling to support accounting entries.
Other work which may be assigned by the Superior from time to time
Requirements
Experience working in a hospital or healthcare centre is an added advantage
Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
Proven experience in handling full set of accounts
Strong organizational and time management skills
Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Able to commence work immediately is highly preferred
Qualification
Possess at least a Bachelor's / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
At least minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
Willing to work in Skudai, Johor Bahru.
