-Manage and monitor the company\'s cashflow -Handling matters related to banking -Liaise with bankers, lawyers, valuers and auditors -Ensuring funding is adequate to allow project development to operate effectively -Prepare monthly financial reports and submission to banks -Assist in the annual budget plan -Ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all financial data Requirements -At least 3 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in credit/leasing/financing industry -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Languages: able to speak English, Chinese & BM. -Willing to work in Subang Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Schedule:

- Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
