FINANCE EXECUTIVE

The Finance Executive will be responsible for the following:-

Provide full support to the finance team for E-commerce/Fintech industry. Oversee daily business operations, including purchase transactions and supplier service management. Ensure the smooth functioning of payment processes, such as topping up company and admin wholesale interfaces, verifying payment transactions, and managing payment portals. Collaborate with the supplier service team to resolve any issues related to payment gateway transactions and ensure their accuracy. Manage the full spectrum of accounts payable functions, including AP/AR reconciliation and assisting in bank reconciliation activities. This involves processing daily settlements, issuing payment advices to supplier, preparing bank-in and collection reports, and accurately entering all daily settlement data into the accounting system. Ensure proper verification of supplier settlements, particularly for credit terms. Monitor and track cash flow position on monthly basis in ensuring the business is informed of its liquidity position Ensuring timely AP/AR account closing, including financial statements/report preparation. Handling statutory audits/taxation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Liaising or coordinating with internal and external parties on accounting and financial issues whenever required. Continuously proposing and supporting the team in process workflow improvement initiatives. Undertaking any other projects and ad-hoc work assigned from time to time.

The Successful candidate will have the following skill set and experience:-

Candidate possesses at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Well versed in accounting software Auto Count and Excel software.

Fast learner and can work under pressure

Preferably Senior/Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/full set of Account or equivalent.

Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply as well

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
