We're hiring a

Finance Executive / Analyst

to join our high-performance remote team.
This is NOT just another back-office accounting role -- you'll be solving problems, improving processes, and contributing directly to business growth.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Perform daily accounting tasks such as bank reconciliation, journal entries, and intercompany reconciliation Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments Participate in special projects and process improvements

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience in finance operations (AR/AP preferred) Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with accounting tools (Power BI is Bonus Point) Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with others Comfortable with remote work and able to follow a fixed work schedule Proactive problem solver -- not just a task follower
