Job Description
- Position: Finance Executive.
- Salary: RM 3000-4000.
- Location: Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya.
This company is a leading international freight forwarder and logistics provider of air/sea freights and transport services.
The position
Being primarily responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, your duties will include the following:
- Review of invoices on Accounts Payable software for accurate and correct booking.
- Prepare payment schedules and invoice register.
- Prepare and provide supporting documentation for month end journals.
- Vendor maintenance and reconciliation.
- Timely follow up with debtors for payments.
- Debtors\' reconciliation and monthly debtor aging analysis.
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Diploma qualification.
Knowledge of international freight forwarding activities will be a plus.
Previous experience in accounting role.
Computer literate; prior experience in using CargoWise advantageous.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English.
Remuneration is negotiable and will be based on the experience and capability of the successful candidate.
