We are looking for an Finance cum HR Executive to manage our company\'s accounts payable and receivable and HR admin-related jobs & tasks. This is a junior position that requires at least basic knowledge on Accounts Administrator and HR admin experience, and the responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners, and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance/Accounting/Human Resource background and be familiar with bookkeeping or HR administrative. Ultimately, you will ensure we process all financial transactions accurately and on time.

Tanggungjawab

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation full set of account on monthly basis.
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts for company\'s directors.
  • Preparation of yearly company\'s tax assessment and estimation to LHDN
  • Company\'s banking debit and credit facilities application and control, hire purchase, overdraft, bank guarantee and fixed deposit account.
  • Company\'s fixed asset record and maintenance on depreciation and net book value of the asset.
  • Daily cash flow transaction and petty cash control.
  • Monthly bank statement reconciliation.
  • Update and monitor creditor\'s aging report.
  • Preparation of staff monthly claim for payment.
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
  • Payment processing & ensure proper maintenance of records, documents, and filling.
  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
  • Provide data analysis to support Sales & Marketing teams
  • Handling administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
  • Managing and updating employee records and documents.
  • Assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments/ other tasks as and when assigned by management
RESPONSIBILITIES (% of time)

70% Overall Account Receivable &Payable administrative works

20% Data analysis & keeping organized records

10% Supporting the Account admin team and collaborative work with Sales and Marketing teams
