We are seeking a disciplined and responsible individual to manage Finance and HR control for our ongoing engineering and telecom infrastructure projects.
The role requires a person who is hands-on, analytical, and willing to perform on-site verification of expenses, staff attendance, and payments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage petty cash and project payments with supporting documentation
Verify and validate payments and claims from site teams and subcontractors
Perform on-site audits for work progress, staff presence, and expenditure accuracy
Enter, review, and reconcile data in Zoho Books / Excel
Support HR operations: attendance, payroll, and staff compliance
Prepare monthly summaries for management review and financial control
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR Management
3-5 years' experience in a project-based or construction-related environment
Strong attention to detail and process discipline
Willing to travel to sites for verification and financial review
Trustworthy, independent, and capable of maintaining confidentiality
Experience in Zoho or similar accounting systems is an advantage
