We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Finance Insurance Executive based in Johor Bahru to join our automotive financial services team. This position provides an excellent opportunity to collaborate with regional and global stakeholders, enhancing customer experiences through the integration of innovative insurance solutions.
Location: based in Johor Bahru
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive achievement of financial and sales targets, including product penetration and acquisition objectives.
• Promote and support financial and insurance solutions to agents and customers.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients to identify opportunities and boost sales.
• Provide agents with product knowledge, campaign updates, and company value propositions.
• Ensure operational accuracy through proper documentation and adherence to processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
• Maintain compliance and uphold integrity in all business activities.
• Engage in training, events, and initiatives to enhance product and company expertise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in financial product sales, preferably hire purchase within finance or banking.
• Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
• High integrity, self-motivated, results-oriented with a "Go-Getter" mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
