Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Insurance Executive to join our team in the automotive financial services industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with regional and global stakeholders to enhance customer journeys by integrating innovative insurance solutions.
Location: Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, Selangor
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Insurance Manager in driving digitalization initiatives within the insurance business.
• Prepare local market readiness for integrating insurance into customer journeys using a digital Insurance Point of Sale Solution (IPOS).
• Identify market needs and analyze current processes to improve integration readiness with scalable product portfolios.
• Conduct GAP analysis to highlight differences between planned and current digital products and processes.
• Document feature descriptions, acceptance criteria, and market needs for the Product Team to evaluate and prioritize.
• Coordinate market Change Requests (CRs) with the Product Team.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory, legal, and data protection requirements.
• Provide support on ad hoc tasks related to day-to-day insurance operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in insurance, financial services, or digitalization projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, regulatory requirements, and insurance processes is an advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
