Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our Accounts Payable (AP) team. This internship provides hands-on experience in financial operations, document management, and reporting processes within a dynamic and tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing

payment batches

and compiling

supporting documents

for approval. Organize and maintain

AP records

, including invoices and payment files. Support

month-end closing

activities by preparing simple reports or reconciliations. Perform

administrative and data-entry tasks

to support the AP team. Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with document handling. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
