Assist in recording daily sales, expenses, and payments.
Support cash and bank reconciliation for both brands.
Help verify invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
Maintain proper filing (digital & physical) for financial records.
2. Data Entry & Reporting
Update and organize financial spreadsheets and ledgers.
Support preparation of monthly finance reports.
Assist in tracking budgets, staff claims, and petty cash usage.
Summarize daily income from multiple channels (cash, FPX, QR, Yezza, etc.).
3. Support in Procurement & Admin
Help compile supplier invoices and stock purchase records.
Support vendor communication for quotations or payment follow-ups.
Assist in maintaining a clear inventory expense log for both KDT & TWN.
4. Learning & Collaboration
Work closely with the Finance Assistant to understand clinic and wellness financial flow.
Participate in internal meetings for operations or marketing budgeting.
Gain insights into financial planning, event costing, and clinic-wellness coordination.
Requirements
Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
Good communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English).
Able to handle confidential information professionally.
