Job Summary:

The

Finance Intern

role is for students who want practical workplace exposure in a professional environment. You will gain hands-on exposure to real finance and accounting processes while being guided by experienced professionals. This learning-focused internship allows you to apply classroom knowledge to practical work with training provided.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounting & Bookkeeping Support:

Assist in data entry for accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Record invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries Help maintain proper filing of financial documents (physical & digital)
Invoicing & Payments:

Prepare sales invoices and credit notes Assist in checking supplier invoices for accuracy Support payment processing (cheques, online banking, GIRO, etc.)
Bank & Cash Management:

Assist with bank reconciliations Track daily cash flow records Monitor outstanding receivables and payables

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping Able to perform data entry accurately Familiar with Microsoft Excel Organized and detail-oriented Willing to learn and follow instructions Able to handle confidential information Good teamwork and communication skills

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
