Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Support basic accounting operations, including data entry for invoices, delivery orders, and billing. Help update and reconcile bank transactions and assist in tracking debtors' aging. Provide support in document preparation for audits and liaise with internal departments as needed. Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring proper documentation and filing. Learn and support compliance with company SOPs and financial procedures. Participate in the review and verification of payment documentation. Support the team in monitoring cash flow updates and maintaining relevant tracking sheets. Assist in ongoing process improvements and administrative tasks within the finance function. Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager or team members.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or any related field. Good clear communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal. Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills. Computer literate in Microsoft Excel and any accounting system is preferred. Candidates residing in Banting or nearby area is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
