Data Analysis & Insights:

Analyze weekly system error logs to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to enhance system efficiency and minimize recurring issues

Collaborative Problem Resolution:

Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to resolve system discrepancies. Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration to ensure timely resolutions.

Process Enhancement:

Recommend and implement process improvements based on identified gaps and stakeholder feedback. Support system updates and enhancements to align with organizational goals.

Strategic Support:

Engage in cross-functional projects to strengthen operational resilience and drive innovation. Contribute to building a culture of proactive problem-solving within the team.

Requirements:

Pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge in using formulas. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good communication skills in the English language for both spoken and written
