Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily financial operations, including sales & purchases data entry.

Prepare accounting reports to support month-end closing activities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using accounting software.

Support Finance team in providing daily operational and reporting tasks.

Assist in daily operational tasks such as invoice and bill processing, data update and uploading and pursuing collection

Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager or management.

Job Requirement

Currently enrolled in a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Demonstrates strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.

Possesses good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Keen interest in gaining practical experience in the finance and accounting industry
