Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our dynamic finance team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in financial operations. As a Finance Intern, you will assist in various financial and administrative tasks, helping to support our finance department and enhance your understanding of financial processes in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and send invoices to customers

Generate and distribute monthly customer statements

Send payment reminders using accounting software

Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline financial processes

Assist in organizing and maintaining financial records

Support the processing of invoices and purchase requests (PR)

Maintain credit card files and related documentation

Perform ad-hoc tasks and other duties as needed

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Previous internship experience or coursework in finance or related fields is an advantage but not required

Pay: RM350.00 - RM400.00 per month
