Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

(but are not limited to)

-In charge of Account Receivable processes of specific clients
-Manage monthly media billings in accounting system
-Coordinate with marketing and buying team to ensure proper documentation for billing purposes
-Communicate with client on billing-related enquiries
- Follow up on collection regularly and arrange to send updated statement of account
- Work closely with marketing team for WIP of jobs / campaigns
-Liaise with vendor on cost and invoice related matter
-Review all vendor invoices for proper documentation and making arrangement for payment process
-Review account reconciliations of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies on a monthly basis
-Prepare revenue report on a monthly basis
-Assist in month end closing and reporting
-Perform ad-hoc assignment as required by superior
-Report to Team Lead and Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Minimum diploma in Finance studies or any related field.
-Confident and able to handle situation professionally
-Able to work within timelines.
-Fluency in English

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1,199.99 - RM1,200.00 per month
