Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Support the finance team in the budgeting and forecasting processes. Collaborate with different departments to gather relevant financial information. Assist in processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing accounts payable and receivable functions. Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues. Ensure accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Support in the preparation of documentation for audits.

Preferred Qualifications / Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Finance or Accounting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software./ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
