Job Description
Maximizing monthly collection and minimizing bad debts of the company. Ensure prompt collection of tenant's monthly sales report and tenant audited report. Ensure the renewal Bank Guarantee by tenants before the commencement of tenancy. Maximizing monthly collection and minimizing bad debts of the company. Ensure full compliance of Standard Operating Procedures-Credit Control. Ensure prompt collection of tenant's monthly sales report and tenant audited report. Ensure the renewal Bank Guarantee by tenants before the commencement of tenancy. To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company.
