Overview

We are seeking a finance management trainee to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finance and accounting, with the opportunity to grow within the company.

Matching of AP documents (3-way matching) and data entry of accounting transactions by using SAP. Manage 2 book account related to AP. Prepare payment to foreign and local vendors twice per month and other ad-hoc payment (weekly). Capture realise loss and gain into SAP on foreign payment. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and inter-company reconciliation. Record to Report Petty Cash Handle request/issues from vendor and purchasing department Update daily exchange rate for which to be use for reporting purposes and decision making by manager. Assist in liquidity plan; forecast for sufficiency for next 4 weeks by closely work with Purchasing Department on their purchasing plan. Filing and perform any other duty and responsibilities which the company may assign from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
