Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic

Finance Manager

to lead the company's financial operations. This role involves overseeing financial planning, reporting, cash flow management, compliance, and leading a dynamic team to support the company's long-term goals.

Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Working Hours & Schedule

5.5-day work week

Monday to Friday

: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Saturday (Half Day)

: 10:00am - 2:00pm

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies. Analyze financial data and performance trends to support business decisions. Highlight financial risks and opportunities to management.

2. Accounting & Reporting

Oversee accurate and timely financial closings (monthly, quarterly, annually). Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain strong internal controls. Manage financial statements, documentation, and reporting processes.

3. Cash Flow & Treasury

Monitor and manage daily cash flow and liquidity. Handle staff payroll, commissions, and confidential payouts. Maintain relationships with financial institutions and oversee bank transactions. Oversee the SQL Accounting System.

4. Compliance & Auditing

Ensure timely and accurate tax submissions and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits. Keep financial practices aligned with local laws and policies.

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and guide the finance and admin team. Provide performance feedback, coaching, and team development. Collaborate with sales, procurement, and other teams on finance-related matters.

6. Cost Control & Strategy

Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor budget utilization and implement process improvements. Offer strategic financial advice to management and evaluate expansion opportunities.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent certification is a strong advantage. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of MFRS, taxation, and statutory requirements. Proficient in SQL Accounting System and MS Excel. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia;

Mandarin is a must*.
High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to manage confidential information. Able to multitask and work independently under tight deadlines.

Remuneration & Benefits

Basic Salary

: RM12,000 - RM15,000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
