Our client,

, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Finance Manager / Accountant

to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting and finance, especially within

e-commerce or retail environments

.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping

Record and reconcile daily e-commerce sales (Shopify, Retailers, marketplace platforms). Handle POS and cash transactions from pop-ups/retail counters. Maintain accurate general ledger entries.

Monthly & Quarterly Closings

Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow reports). Manage accruals, prepayments, and inventory cost adjustments

Payments & Compliance

Process supplier invoices and staff reimbursements. Prepare payroll summaries for HR and coordinate with local tax requirements. Ensure compliance with SG, HK accounting standards and audit requirements. Invoicing

Inventory & Cost Control

Work with operations to reconcile inventory across warehouses. Track COGS, freight, and duty costs to maintain accurate margins.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Support management in financial planning, cash-flow projections, and KPI tracking.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional certification. At least 5

+ years

strong of accounting experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail. Experience of plan and managing budgets Skill sets of strategic thinking Experience in E-com is a plus Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and Excel/Google Sheets. Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup. * Bilingual: Native/strong
