Manage accounts payable functions.
Develop, monitor, and evaluate various financial reports, including but not limited to financial budgets and management reporting.
Responsible and accountable for monthly management reporting cycle and all ad-hoc management reporting requirements.
Enforce controls; manage financial risks; efficiently provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders in the best format to facilitate decision making with full compliance to establish regulations, safeguard company assets and support growth.
Job Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable Functions
Ensure invoice and payment processing are operating efficiently.
Manage suppliers\' payment cycle to maximise daily cash float.
Review journal entries and ensure the integrity of general ledgers is preserved.
Explore process improvement and automation solution to improve efficiency.
Prepare of Monthly Management Accounts and Reports on Time
Ensure delivery of accurate management accounts and reports within 3.0 working days after finance month end closing.
Review and Update Finance SOP
Maintain up-to-date Finance SOP to reflect current operating condition.
Recommend Finance Policies to regulate and guide user\'s adoption of best practices.
Review & Deliver of Audit File and Notes to Audited Accounts
Liaise with external auditor.
Ensure completeness of audit files.
Review of disclosure notes to audited accounts.
Ensure compliance with MFRSs.
Ensure audited account is issued on time.
Manage accounting records storage by ensuring both softcopy and hardcopy of accounting records and documents are properly kept and stored for financial and tax audit.
Any Other Related Ad Hoc Company Projects Assigned
Job Requirement
Degree in Finance/Accounting or Professional qualification in Accountancy (i.e. ACCA, MICPA, ASCPA, ICAEW, CIMA).
Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
Demonstrated good leadership and initiative.
Strong people, organizational and communication skills.
Proactive, flexible, adaptable, analytical and result oriented.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Proficient in Excel, word, power point and computer literate
