Lifecore Medical Sdn Bhd has been appointed by Al-Sultan Abdullah Foundation (YASA) to be the 'service provider' for all YASA's Hemodialysis Centre.

Role Description



FINANCE & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Oversee all financial operation including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting Ensure all compliance with relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies Analyze financial performance across all centers, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement Develop and manage annual budgets and cash flow projections. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws and healthcare regulations Ensure accurate and timely invoices, receipt and revenue collection with minimal outstanding balances. Ensure fixed-asset schedules are updated Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Review monthly bank reconciliation for all centers, GL balance sheet, management account. Lead and mentor the finance team to build capability and ensure effective performance

MERGED & ACQUISITION



Lead financial due diligence, valuation and integration processes for acquiring new dialysis center

Manage the financial consolidation and transition of acquired centers into the existing operational framework

REPORTING



Prepare and present the cashflow forecast to TM and YASA board.

Review and approval proposed annual department's financial budget

Review and approve proposed annual company's financial budget and forecast

Review of annual financial statements

Review annual fixed-asset schedule

COST MANAGEMENT & PROCUREMENT (ADMIN)



Oversee procurement planning, supplier payments and expenses control in coordination within the admin team.

Monitor operating cost

OTHERS



Lead and monitor application or renewal of insurance

Lead and monitor application for hire purchase or leasing

Monitoring department's KPI performance to be presented to TM and YASA board

Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or higher equivalent

Professional Certificate (ACCA or equivalent)

Experience:

Atleast five (5) years professional experience in managerial and accounting role Strong interpersonal and communication Able to work independently and be dynamic. Able to be reached off-working hours, weekend or public holidays on urgent matters. Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Experience in SQL accounting software is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
