Job Description

• Possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree with major in Accounting & Finance or Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting, ACCA, CIMA or its equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in relevant field preferable in manufacturing industry and/or big 4 audit firm
• Good knowledge of financial accounting and taxation
• Knowledge of Companies Act and relevant tax laws e.g Corporate & Income Tax and SST
• Possess good numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal skills, good working attitude, willing to learn and able to work independently

• Responsible for the overall financial, operational, and tactical strategy implementation in accordance with the long-term strategic goals of the company
• To update daily cash position of the Group
• Lead in preparation of financial reports including bank borrowings, trade facilities and daily cash reconciliations
• Lead in preparation of budgets, cash flows projection, forecasts and analysis
• Responsible for accurate and timely production of Financial and Management Reports and Consolidation of Financial Statements for Financial Review and in compliance with statutory accounting standards and latest financial developments
• Liaise with various banks to ensure sufficient service and products provided
• Liaise with external auditors, company secretaries and tax agents on financial matters
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all monthly and quarterly financial information for Board and Accounts meeting
• Review monthly Management Accounts
• Coach and motivate staff; identify learning opportunities for staff development and advancement track work progress and conduct performance reviews in order to build staff competence on the job and encourage motivation, pro-activeness and job satisfaction of all direct reports
• Assist in special projects assigned by the superior
• Perform all other related duties as assigned and required by the Management
• Perform Foreign Exchange trend analysis and actions plan
• Perform cost accounting analysis and advisory to Management.
