Oversee the core finance functions including financial planning and analysis, annual statutory accounts and direct and indirect tax compliance, internal audits, and risk management to ensure their accurate and timely completion and submission: Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and relevant accounting standards.
Ensure regular financial reporting submission as per Group Finance's reporting requirements and regulatory reporting and formulate regular local management reports.
