Timely and accurate preparation of annual and other periodic financial statements.
Financial statements sent to HOF for review need to be accompanied by Summary of analysis and/or explanation of variances.
Oversees the production of accurate financial and other reports within time constraints established by Company Management (include flash reports, financial statements, reporting packages, etc.).
Maintains accurate accounting records in all financial areas for the location.
Provides for adequate monitoring of accounts receivable, including timely billing to/payment by all customers and within guidelines set forth in Company Policies and Procedures.
Installs and supervises adequate internal controls to provide for the protection of all assets.
Addresses issues identified by internal/external auditors on a timely basis.
Manages the accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger functions of the company.
Assists with the Company\'s compliance with all governmental and company regulations and requirements.
Actively participates in budgeting and forecasting for the location within established time constraints.
Assists on product costings and review together with background summary on the relevant costing.
Identifies opportunities within the location for improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the finance & admin dept.
Develops and maintains a good working relationship with internal and external auditors and provides the auditors with necessary information, as requested, prior to year-end audit.
Liaise with bankers, tax agents, auditors, company secretary and other related statutory bodies.
Establishes and maintains effective working relationships and two-way communication with co-workers and other personnel throughout the company.
Participates in and performs other related projects as assigned by the Head of Finance/GMs/ CFO/MD.
Updates to HOF on significant matters in Operations.
Adheres to all OH&S, Environmental and other Policies & Procedures located on the IMS.
Responsible for relevant Contractor Inductions.

Min. Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting and Finance, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent
Min. 8 years of working experience preferably in manufacturing environment with at least 2 years of managerial experience, manufacturing costing experience & oversee finance team.
Exhibit professional etiquette in work, strong integrity and initiative at work.
Demonstrate leadership skills and able to manage a team of finance staff.
Must be good with Excel Spreadsheet (Advanced).
