Hong Bee Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Finance Manager

to oversee and manage the company's financial operations, planning, and reporting functions. This role plays a key part in supporting management with strategic financial insights and ensuring strong financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. Supervise day-to-day finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and preparation of management accounts. Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements. Develop, review, and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and best practices. Oversee all taxation matters, including tax planning, estimation, and statutory compliance. Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and regulatory bodies. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting quality. Perform ad hoc tasks and financial analysis as requested by senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements. Good leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
