- Responsible for holding company\'s books and review of each countries\' quarterly consolidation pack.
- Oversee subordinates as well as guiding new members from country team on consolidation matters whenever necessary.
- Perform group consolidation and monthly review on financial reports from each country.
- Prepare and present group financial numbers with relevant financial analysis to the Board on quarterly basis.
- Responsible for coordination of statutory audit and tax matters for the group.
- Liaise and provide support when necessary to country team to ensure quality and timely financial reporting.
- Perform in ad-hoc duties and projects as and when required.
- MUST be a professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant financial reporting, consolidation, and people management experience, preferably with a career foundation in external audit in a Big 4 Firm.
- Possess strong critical thinking, people management and analytical skills
- Excellent written and communication skills in English.
