Job Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts.

Manage and supervise monthly preparation of GL, AR, AP and inventories.

Handle daily operations relating to accounting functions.

Prepare and finalizing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements on a timely manner.

Ensure that documentation, system and procedures are in compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, the generally accepted accounting practices and relevant regulations.

Preparation of ad-hoc management, financing and project reports for analysis and corrective actions

Assist to review, develop and implement together with Heads of Department and Financial Controller in improving the overall Company taxation structure in line with regulations, Company's Goals & Objectives.

Liaise with external parties i.e. bankers, auditor, tax agent, company secretary, insurer, solicitor, Custom, LHDN and others.

Any other duties assigned by the Management

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a LCCI, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Accountancy or other equivalent qualification.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Able to handle full sets of accounts.

Meticulous, responsible and able to work under minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment

Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Proactive with problem solving skill and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,500.00 per month
