JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Review monthly management accounts and reports from Finance Shared Services Centre (FSSC), identify issues and advise FSSC to ensure accurate accounting, cash flow management and tax computation for a company or a group of companies
  • Compile and prepare cash flow projections to achieve a clear understanding on the cash flow position of the company to ensure that the company's commitments are met.
  • Review auditor's report and to minimize number of audit adjustment.
  • Ensure completion of Development Expenditure Elimination in a timely manner in preparation for audit.
  • Prepare accurate tax estimation to avoid penalties and minimize over estimation, subsequently to submit tax returns.
  • Prepare loan papers and assist with related issues and loan documentations.
  • Review, administer and propose guidelines, best practices, SOPs and related legislations to ensure compliance as well as effectiveness.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:?
  • Professional qualification i.e Degree in Accounting, ACCA, etc.
  • Preferable MIA member.
  • Min 6 years working experience - preferable with 2 - 4 Years in Accounting, Audit firms.
  • Working experience with Property Developer is a key requirement.
  • Strong knowledge on accounting principles and standards Strong knowledge on tax matters, importance and impact of compliance.
  • Computer literate, ie : MS Excel.
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates strong abilities in planning, organization, conceptual thinking, decision-making, and team leadership.
