Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review monthly management accounts and reports from Finance Shared Services Centre (FSSC), identify issues and advise FSSC to ensure accurate accounting, cash flow management and tax computation for a company or a group of companies Compile and prepare cash flow projections to achieve a clear understanding on the cash flow position of the company to ensure that the company's commitments are met. Review auditor's report and to minimize number of audit adjustment. Ensure completion of Development Expenditure Elimination in a timely manner in preparation for audit. Prepare accurate tax estimation to avoid penalties and minimize over estimation, subsequently to submit tax returns. Prepare loan papers and assist with related issues and loan documentations. Review, administer and propose guidelines, best practices, SOPs and related legislations to ensure compliance as well as effectiveness.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Professional qualification i.e Degree in Accounting, ACCA, etc. Preferable MIA member. Min 6 years working experience - preferable with 2 - 4 Years in Accounting, Audit firms. Working experience with Property Developer is a key requirement. Strong knowledge on accounting principles and standards Strong knowledge on tax matters, importance and impact of compliance. Computer literate, ie : MS Excel. Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates strong abilities in planning, organization, conceptual thinking, decision-making, and team leadership.

Pay: RM16,000.00 - RM17,000.00 per month
