Do you have a passion for finance and a knack for leadership? As a Finance Manager, you\'ll play a key role in supporting our company\'s financial health and growth. You\'ll partner with various departments to analyze financial data, generate insightful reports, and contribute to strategic decision-making.Financial Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze financial data (past, present, and future) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting the company\'s financial performance.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly closing reports, variance analyses, and cash flow forecasts.
• Communicate complex financial information in a clear, concise, and professional manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Collaborate with various departments to develop and maintain the annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Create financial forecasts to assess the impact of different business decisions on the company\'s financial health.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and forecasts, identifying and analyzing variances.

Strategic Support:

• Partner with senior management to develop and implement the company\'s financial strategy.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support informed decision-making regarding resource allocation and investments.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant financial trends and regulations, keeping the company informed of potential risks and opportunities.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation for external audits.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required by different departments.
• Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes.

Leadership Opportunities |Dynamic Career Progression

• A Degree holder in Accounting and Finance or professional paper holder (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, etc)
• 5-10 years of Direct Experience in Finance and Accounting
• Strong Manufacturing Industry Exposure
• Adept understanding of FP&A and Accounting Principles and Practices
• Previous experience in Cost Accounting or Factory Accounting
• Proficiency in Financial ERP Software and Spreadsheet Applications. Navision knowledge will be a plus
