Job Responsibilities

I. Finance Responsibilities

System Integration & Financial Process Management: Oversee daily integration and data synchronization between the Malaysian financial system and the Chinese headquarters' management system to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accuracy of local financial data and support headquarters in preparing cross-border consolidated financial reports. Tax Compliance & Reporting: Lead tax registration and manage monthly and annual tax filings for the Malaysian entity, ensuring full compliance. Financial Operations Support: Manage local bank accounts, cash flow, and basic accounting tasks; review daily expense reimbursements. Assist headquarters with annual audits and respond to tax inspections in Malaysia.
II. Human Resources Responsibilities

Recruitment Coordination: Collaborate with the HR team at the Chinese headquarters and lead recruitment for local positions in Malaysia. Digital HR System Implementation: Localize and deploy the headquarters' HR system (DingTalk) in Malaysia, including account setup, permission configuration, and employee training. HR Operations: Support the adaptation and execution of corporate HR policies and culture in Malaysia.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related fields. 2-3 years of comprehensive financial operations experience, including Malaysian tax filings and transfer pricing reports. Proficient in Malaysia's Company Law, Income Tax Act, and SST system, with the ability to independently handle tax filings. Experienced in interfacing with multinational financial systems and managing financial data integration between China and Malaysia. HR Knowledge: Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and cross-border employment policies; experience implementing DingTalk or similar HR systems is preferred. Languages: Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay.
