Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role offers the opportunity to lead core accounting functions, drive reporting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full spectrum of financial accounting and daily finance operations Oversee tax computation, submission, and coordination with auditors and tax agents Reconcile intercompany payables and receivables, issue invoices, and follow up on collections Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including management reports and variance analysis Lead annual financial processes: tax finalization, audit preparation, and statutory reporting Support leadership with ad hoc financial tasks and strategic initiatives

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting; manufacturing sector experience is an advantage Proficient in financial software and well-versed in Malaysian fiscal and tax regulations Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
