Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting. What you will do Responsible for the day-to-day activities of finance function for portfolio assigned (record-to-report, accounts payables, accounts receivables, cashflow, tax compliance and finance business partnering functions) Timely and accurate financial and management reporting, in compliance with the applicable governing standards & group reporting requirements. Manage accounting reporting and revenue recognition, perform financial statement review and analysis, balance sheet reconciliation review. Manage cash flow and working capital. Management of tax matters and ensuring relevant compliance and overall tax efficiency with the advisory/ review by Tax Manager. Coordinate and liaise with the internal and external auditors, and other relevant stakeholders / governing authorities, on statutory requirements. Perform detailed monthly analysis of financial performance for BU against prior year and budget, providing explanations on the variances and business solutions to help mitigate the risks. Work closely and support BU for the preparation of annual budget, quarterly and monthly forecast. Provide professional support and advice to BU on timely basis on contract review, software capitalization and business case. Formulate and enforce continuous improvement on financial and operations internal controls, policies and procedures. Participate in the automation of reporting/forecasting process, enhancement of business processes/ workflows. Undertake any ad hoc assignments or restructuring of portfolio as directed by the management. What you will need Minimum bachelor\'s degree Accounting/Finance or in any related fields Preferably with 5-6 years working experience in audit firm & commercial company. Detail oriented and organized; strong planning & prioritization, Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Able to produce accurate work within deadlines.
