Ensure that all the financial, treasury and taxation reporting and filing requirements to statutory and regulatory bodies are strictly adhered to. Provides input to management in respect of queries on the financial implication of specific operational matters or proposed transactions to be undertaken. Ensure that the internal control and corporate governance processes are in place throughout the whole Company. Responsible all scopes of the finance functions including corporate finance, cash flow, taxation as well as financial management and reporting. Review group financial statements, to ensure they are prepared accurately and in compliance with the law of Malaysia. Reporting of company financial and operational performance to the Board of Directors. To lead the Finance team in Finance operational issues and provide coaching and mentoring to Finance staff. To take on ad-hoc task as and when required. Requirements Degree in Accounting/Finance, and possess professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIA or equivalent. Chartered Accountant. MIA member preferable. At least 10 years\' hands-on and relevant working experience on overall management of financial and accounting functions. Preferably with strong Company Secretarial experience Have experience working as an auditor in one of the Big4, Multinational or PLC exposure is strongly preferred. Great leadership skills, analytical, able to work under pressure with Corporate Governance Exposure. Must have experience working in a sizable company with proven ability to inspire and manage teams, both directly and interdepartmental. Good command of both spoken and written English, pleasant and balanced personality. Strong analytical skills, highly motivated and results oriented.
