Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations. Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to maintain financial stability. Oversee the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.

Strategic Planning

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decisions. Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with company goals. Evaluate investment opportunities, business risks, and cost-saving initiatives.

Leadership & Team Management

Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development. Establish and maintain effective financial policies, systems, and procedures.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure all financial activities comply with statutory and regulatory requirements. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, banks, tax authorities).

Requirements:

Gender / Ethnicity:

Male, Chinese (due to business and client communication requirements).

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Professional Qualification:

ACCA / CPA / CIMA or equivalent is an added advantage.

Experience:

Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
