Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting, including managerial experience.

Proficient in financial statement analysis, cost management, and budget planning.

Experienced in managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, and liquidity.

Familiar with Malaysian tax regulations, including tax filing, planning, and risk management.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience in direct selling or retail industry finance management is a plus.

At least 2-3 years of experience in an accounting firm is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Manage company accounting transactions, conduct cost analysis, and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow allocation.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and consolidated statements.

Oversee budget management, including preparation, monitoring, and performance analysis.

Plan and execute tax filings and tax management in Malaysia.

Handle fund allocation, treasury management, and financial planning.

Assist in applying for operational licenses and necessary documentation.

Engage in cross-departmental communication and financial strategy planning.

Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
